Still have not received the order after 3 weeks later. Not sure what is going on with crucial

I ordered some DDR5 ram. your system indicated no problems.
Then the next day I received an email saying it was out of stock and no indication of when I would receive it.
I cancelled the order and ordered the same memory from Amazon

Great SSD, went from 3-5 minute boot-up to less than 30 seconds.

A great SSD to upgrade an old notebook.

I'm still waiting for the item I shop

I purchased ps5 SSD memory on 7/6 then informed on 7/8 it was out of stock.
I check the site now and it's still available to purchase.
I understand the fact this is a highly bought product and I have no problem that it's out of stock. The problem is the product is available for purchase on the site with NO posting that's is out of stock and while I still wait 14 days later, you can go on the site and still buy it.
If a product is out of stock that fine, but your site should reflect that, I would not have bought that specific product if out of stock, I would looked for a different one.

Ordered a Crucial product on July 5th. Since then have received only one (1) message about my order. I don't even know what the status of shipment is. If item is on back order or something, would be nice to know.

An order made directly from Crucial was rejected because of supply issue. An order from Amazon never reached me.

I ordered some memory which came to $272.82 with expedited shipping. After 3 weeks of out of stock messges i bought the same memory from amazon and recieved it the next day. When crucial finally got around to refunding my money they only refunded $224.26. ?? Still fighting with them over a month later. Horrible response time.

I've been a satisfied customer of Crucial for many years in my IT profession and have always been happy with their service and support.

The automated Customer Service is awful. I looked up my order, wanted status on my order following a link and it still made me go back and find my order number again. 3 weeks later, I received 2 of the 3 items on my order. There is still no status on the Item that I wouldn’t have ordered if I had known that I was not going to get it in a timely manner. Now I am considering returning the other 2 items that I did receive, but without the third is not going to be as helpful.

Ordered RAM chips that were in stock according to website. Order confirmed immediately after I paid. Was told to expect them in 7-10 days. After 2 weeks, and hearing nothing, I had to call support. Was informed they were out of stock. Even though I was told I would get a discount for the inconvenience, the fact that I was never notified as to what was happening with the shipment, and I had to inquire in order to find out leaves much to be desired. Plus, the chat bot is terrible.
